The Road Safety Authority is a state agency formed by the Irish Government to promote road safety within Ireland. Road Safety Authority (hereinafter referred to as "RSA", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", or "user") of the 'Snakes & Hazards' mobile game application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the App, available on the Google Play store.

   The 'Snakes & Hazards' App is designed for users of all ages, including young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws.

   We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
